With over 20-years experience in creating and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns, got to be known for aligning brand strategies with disruptive and effective creative concepts that deliver memorable advertising.

Pitches ad ideas and marketing initiatives to stakeholders.
Identifies improvement opportunities on briefs, media plans and creative products. Designs briefs and planning/branding workshops to keep human talent up to date on latest ad trends.

• Responsible for the entire company's incursion into the Central American market, reporting a 350% billing increase in 3 years
• Developed and implemented the company's strategic plan, increasing the number of accounts won by 400%.

• Spearheaded Mullen Lowe ́s market share growth in Central America, improving the agency ́'s ranking from #4 in El Salvador, to #1 in Central America & the Caribbean, billing over $25MM (Source: Advertising Age).
• Redesigned the creative department, optimized its workflow and created new business units, making it 30% more profitable.
• Responsible for recruiting and mentoring creative talent, relentlessly elevating the creative quality on all contents, including on-line and traditional media.
